I then assess your vocal coordination in real time. From there, I design a personalised treatment plan specific to your unique patterns, goals, and vocal demands. 

6. How long does vocal therapy take?
The duration of vocal therapy varies depending on your goals, needs and how long the issue has been present. Some clients begin to experience meaningful improvement within a few sessions; others benefit from ongoing therapy over several weeks or months. I will provide a realistic timeline and clear milestones based on your assessment. 

7. Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. I offer online voice therapy and coaching for clients who cannot attend in person or prefer the convenience of Telehealth. Online sessions are conducted through secure, high quality video platforms, allowing you to recieve the same level of precision, care, and personalised attention from your own home. 

8. Is vocal therapy covered by insurance?
