In order to accommodate all valued clients and optimise appointment availability, a 50% deposit is required to secure a booking, which is non-refundable. If any changes to the booking are necessary, we kindly request that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.
Please be advised that no-shows will incur the full appointment fee. Additionally, our packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, and we kindly ask that all sessions be completed within 6 months from the date of purchase.
