To ensure fair appointment availability for all clients, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to adjust your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will incur the full appointment fee. If the fee has already been paid, it is non-refundable. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and all sessions must be completed within six months of purchase.
Non-attendance without notice constitues a no=show and is charged at the full session fee.
Sessions will conclude at the scheduled time. Late arrival may reduce the duration of your session, but the full session fee will still apply.
All fees are subject to change. Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical or vocal health conditions. Melbourne Voice Therapy operates within a functional and theraputic scope and does not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment. Referral to an ENT or medical professional may be recommended where appropriate.
Melbourne Voice Therapy provides functional vocal rehabilitation, performance coaching, and neuromuscular vocal retraining. Services do not replace advice, medical treatment, or speech pathology diagnosis.
Melbourne Voice Therapy reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if a client presents with conditions or behaviours outside our scope of practice, or if treatment is deemed inaproptiate, unsafe, or non-productive.
All personal information collected is used soley for service delivery and administration. Information is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with client consent.
For privacy and intellectual property reasons, sessions may not be recorded, duplicated, or shared without prior written consent.
